At Mesmerize, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
